While we meticulously inspect every bladed jig, casting rod, and deep-diving crankbait before shipping, we understand that sometimes you need to make a return. Our policy is designed with the same precision we apply to selecting our fishing tackle.

Our Return Promise

We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items (see exceptions below). All returned items must be:

  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order number
Note for International Anglers: Due to customs regulations, return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our customers, these items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Opened fishing line (braided line, etc.)
  • Used terminal tackle (hooks, weights, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack your return using the original packaging if possible

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or model? Follow the return process above and include a note specifying:

  • The item you’d like to exchange for
  • Any size/color preferences
  • Whether you’re willing to pay any price difference

We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return (additional shipping charges may apply).

Refund Information

We process refunds with the same speed we process orders:

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

International refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account due to bank processing times.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective (we check every item, but sometimes things happen in transit):

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if needed
